Replicated STR #1043 under SuSE linux - print-server raw queue under SuSE
9.2 (RPM cups-1.1.21-5.6), client has filtered queue SuSE 9.1 (RPM
cups-1.1.20-108.22). (Also Ubuntu clients.)

Problem is resolved if Ghostscript pre-filtering is set to level 2 
rather than none and the PPD file is chosen as "HP Laserjet 4100 
Foomatic/Postscipt", or if LPD protocol is used.

Test file is raw text "test<RETURN>"
