The Turboprint folks decided not to use the CUPS imaging API to support the
CUPS raster format, so the updates we've made to the raster format in CUPS
1.2, which are supported automatically by the cupsRaster*() functions, are
not available to the Turboprint drivers.

This is a bug in the Turboprint software, and there is absolutely nothing
we can do to fix this.  The Turboprint folks need to fix their software.
