Windows fax client

I'm using cups on os x with the fax stuff already setup (using Internal_modem). To setup os x to print to a fax on another machine is really easy - it does all the work for you... I'm just trying to work out how to do the same thing in XP and 2k  (to print to cups on os x). Do i need to get a fax driver from somewhere? 2k seems to have its own fax stuff but i can't find out how to make that connect to an external box.

Any help would be much appreciated.
