[cups.general] HP 4200

I currently have some 4200's running with CUPS.  I was also having
problems.  The fix for mw was to use the 4100 driver and to go with
Foomatic + GimpPrint.  Hope this helps.

AFAIK, this printer supports PostScript 3, thus use the vendor supplied
PPD.
