[cups.general] Prefi;tering with cups

Is it possible to set up a cups printer queue with a prefilter that is run before the job gets queued.

Currently filters only get run after they are queued.

For example fax and windows respond.exe

Currently samba has to call the correct program b4 it gets queued to cups.

That means that unix and other oss dont get the same functionality.

The queue should be set up so that the prefilter is called which communicates with the user to get the parameters 
( They still need the correct gui program to respond to this ) for such things as coverpage.

Running the filter after would mean that the filter would get called multiple times on a failure.

LPRng has this feature.
