Samsung ML-2151N "Print file was not accepted (server-error-not-accepting-jobs)!"

Using Samsung ML-2151N
Periodically CUPS does not accept the jobs and next line appears: "Print file was not accepted (server-error-not-accepting-jobs)!", both - in web-interface and log file.
When printer stop and start again via web-interface, job accept successfully.

It has been noticed, that this situation arises after the message in web-interface:

 Printer State: processing, accepting jobs.
"Media tray needs to be filled."

But I am not confident, that it is always occurs for empty paper tray . On the other hand after refuelling a paper the printing should proceed without superfluous actions?
