NT4 isn't the problem. All our print requests are sent using the "lp -d" 
command from the shell. NT4 doesn't come into play until CUPS actually 
send the print, and it's not getting that far. A subsequent attempt to 
print succeeds. It would appear that CUPS can't understand its own requests.
