i can't print

hi,
   i have a problem when i want print anything or when i want configure cups by web.
   If i prove to enter for web in admin, cups ask me for user and password but i don't have any user, or i don't know what user have.
   Another prblem it's the never end processing of documents. i don't know if two problems are relationed, but the end is i can't print.
   Sorry by my english but i'm novell. thank you. if you don't understand anything please tell me.
