default server in client.conf

I followed the instructions about creating a client.conf and added lines:

ServerName 10.10.10.10
DefaultPrinter queuname

if I do an lpstat -t I get all the remote printers but the printer I identified as default in client.conf is not identified as the default in lpstat.
Can someone tell me what I havbe done wrong or where I can find more about contents of client.conf?
