start admin tool from PC where cups is not installed via Web

Hi all,

we want to start the admin-tool for CUPS, which is installed on a UnitedLinux 1.0 Box, from our local PC. The adress is the localhost on Linux, but how could we start the tool without connecting to our Linux and start a browser on the Host ?
What do we need to set up (e.g. Webserver) on which station (Server, Client) ?

Any suggestions hardly welcome
