[cups.general] Which "virtual location" controls access to

Hello,
I know that this is a FAQ, but I am unable to understand the given
documentation.

http://www.cups.org/faq.php?21 points to the Software Administrators
Manual which lists a whole lot of virtual locations in
<http://www.cups.org/sam.html#PRINTING_SECURITY> but does not say which
of these locations actually controls access to submitting print jobs,
e.g. allowing/denying sending jobs to the lpd-server.

/classes	The path for all classes.
/classes/name	The resource for class name.
/jobs	The path for all jobs.
/jobs/id	The resource for job id.
/printers	The path for all printers.

I'd expect to need access to both /jobs and /printers to be able to
print, but that is just guesswork.
