[cups.general] printing to windows printer

Can you try to change your URI to

smb://MSHOME/tad:tadek@TAD-DESKTOP/HP2100

and tell whether this helps? If you have the updates described below 
this should not be really necessary, but try it if anything else fails.

Are you sure that you have the following updates installed?
