you can create your own reports for billing using OpenOffice and
the PostgreSQL ODBC connectors, samples are included.

the latest CVS tree can now also export history into CUPS' page_log
format, so using other tools like phpPrintAnalyzer to produce
nice graphical reports is really easy.
