Here are changes I made to my ppd file (HP4101):

old:

*ImageableArea Letter/US Letter: "0 0 612 792"
*ImageableArea Legal/US Legal: "0 0 612 1008"

new:

*ImageableArea Letter/US Letter: "18 18 594 774"
*ImageableArea Legal/US Legal: "18 18 594 990"
