[cups.general] generating PCL banners with CUPS

I have a post-script banner page and some non-postscript capable printer
destinations.  Is it possible to get the banner page working with CUPS
and the PCL printers?  The print job is coming raw from Samba clients,
but the banner is done on the server.

Thanks for any info on how to best accomplish this,
