PCL to PDF conversion

I am looking for some way of taking PCL output from a program and somehow converting it to a PDF. If anyone has and ideas, please reply. I have scouered the google for whatever i can think to try, but nothing has worked the way I need it to.

Someone mentioned that I can do this with cups, but haven't been able to find out how. I am willing to purchase software if I need to, but haven't found anything that quite fits the requirements.
