Newb problem with HP printing

The fix you showed work, but then CUPS was saying that the parallel port was busy, so I swapped the cable and it turns out that was the _real_ problem.  Apparently the error in the PPD was failing gracefully and the document was still printing before.  Thanks a ton, Helge.
