You were right originally, it's the FS-1010.
The only thing regarding file size is that failures can occur <512Kb in 
size and I've measured successes immediately following that were > 734Kb 
in size.  I don't know of that helps, but they were both Firefox HTML docs.

I don't know if I have the CD.  I'll have to look for it.
I haven't used Windows in almost 7 years.

As for foomatic and postscript printers.
I have one that is PS and one that is not PS.
So I need some kind of foomatic around.  I just need to check and make 
sure that foomatic isn't applied to my postscript printer.
