[cups.general] printer is idle....but NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

AFAIK, since W2K you must have logged in either to the box the printer belongs to or to
the windows domain the box belongs to unless anonymous login (without username and password)
is explicitely configured (don't ask me how to do THAT, I only know it is possible somehow).

To specify a valid username - password pair in the printer's device URI is the easier way, I
think.
