access to printers

Hi,

I am using Fedora 3 and NX-client (nomachine.com) with 3 users.
All the users are working remote on my linux box.
I have 3 printer (one for each user).

I will each user to view only one printer.
For example (we are using KDE) if user 1 is working with some text editor and will to print, this user to view only printer 1 for selection.

Is it possible with CUPS ?
