Linuxs and MacOSX multiple copies

We solved this issue by enabling cups-lpd.  That is, have cups listen on
port 515 and serve as an lpd "server."  Then, the Mac clients print to an
lpd printer on the cups server, and cups processes and prints it.  Works
great, and the Mac clients are happy.
