What does the /var/log/cups/error_log tell you? Are you print jobs really scheduled?
What does the printing related sections in your smb.conf look like?
If the print jobs manage to reach your Linux box, try to intercept a sample job (stop the printer via
disable command) and post (an URL to) a saved copy of that job.
