IPP SSL bug from WinXP client?

Quick update on this.  If I set SSLPort to anything >1000 and use the URL as eg: https://cupsserver:1000/classes/test_class then the wizard completes successfully!  I'd still prefer to use port 443 if it's possible to find out what's causing this issue.
