PDF backend for CUPS not working.

(1) You need to make the script executable in your backend directory
(2) You need to rename "pdfdistiller" to "pdf", as the script tells "pdf"
when asked for the device info
(3) You need to restart CUPS (or at least kill -HUP pidof cupsd), what you 
apparently did.
