I too need this capability. I have a special graphic that must be included on all sheets that get printed. I don't just need a "banner" style heading, but an actual graphic. It would be really helpful to get this automatically insert as part of the printing process, instead of manual pre-processing the files prior to printing. What are the links you mentioned above?
