Failure to print anything

There is obviously something going wrong with the foomatic-rip filter which is involved
with your printer. Foomatic-rip has an internal debug switch
	$debug = 0;
Set it to 1 and have a look at your error_log then.
And, BTW, what is "z42 cmyk"?
