[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1232: epson C64 prints pages about 2 cm too

When I use new ghostscript with my Epson C64 printer, it prints about 2
centimeters too high.
I have to set more than 2 cm top margin to prinings fit to the center of
A4 page.
With 7.07.1 version problem does not exists.
