Disabling printer->CUPS communication

There doesn't seem to be much more to tell. I've tried several drivers,
including HPIJS, Gimp-Print and the generic HP Deskjet drivers from CUPS.
They all have the same problem.
I forgot to mention one thing though. Sometimes the webinterface would also
say that it couldn't find any pages. (I wasn't out of paper.)
