[cups.general] Cupsaddsmb only running "setdriver"

Current CUPS does not support the 5.0 NT drivers, only the newer
Win2000 drivers, which means the Microsoft PS drivers which you'll
find on any Windows system - the CUPS version of those drivers is
not yet available.
