[cups.general] Cupsaddsmb only running "setdriver"

The files are part of a standard Win2k/XP/2003 install, so just do
a search for the files under C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT.

(IIRC, it is usually C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\W32X86)
