Print from browser

Hi team,

I'd like to know if there is a way to print from a web interface. As IPP is an extension of HTTP, I wonder if we can lauch a print job just by following a link on a web page. This link would be similar to :
<a href="ipp://server/printers/lp?print-job&....">link</a>
where everything between '?' and '...' is what I'm looking for...

I guess I can reach my goal writing a CGI but I wanted to try with no addition to CUPS distribution first.
