[cups.general] Configure MacOSX to talk to CUPS over IPP

1. In the printer list GUI -> Option+Click on the add printer icon

2. Select 'Advanced' in the drop down list.

3. Device: 'Internet Printing Protocol using IPP'
4. Device Name: Whatever you want to call it
5. Device URI: 'ipp://cupsserver/printers/queue_name'
