[cups.general] Xerox phaser 8200

Hi,
still now i installed about 7 HP printers in Cups without problem.
For the confiuration i used
   AppSocket/HP JetDirect
   socket://192.168.251.x:9100

But now i try to do the same with an xerox phaser 8200.
i took :    http://192.168.251.16/ipp
But on client side, when doing a printing  test in word it  crashes 
(same with  excel  or wordpad)
Can someone  tell me  how  to install  this printer. Thanks in advance.
(i use the raw mode)
