debug says,

E [21/Mar/2005:22:26:00 +0100] LoadAllPrinters: Unable to open /etc/cups/printers.conf - No such file or directory
E [21/Mar/2005:22:26:00 +0100] LoadAllClasses: Unable to open /etc/cups/classes.conf - No such file or directory

I'm using Debian Sarge and have installed cupsys via apt-get.
