Kyocera mita 8008N samba+netatalk spool

Dear Sirs,

please help me to organize printing spool for Kyocera Mita 8008N
I want to:

1) use JetDirect protocol (is it bad ? or good ?)
2) use only postscript driver (our designers want so)
3) probably have the same spool for both samba and mac clients.

it would be good if You will just point me to proper chapters (I tried to read entire documentation and I get lost there)
