[cups.development] [RFE] STR #1171: Add zeroconf

The idea is to have printers in the cups system announced via the zeroconf
protocol, so clients who understand that protocol can automatically
discover the cups printers.  This would allow a CUPS server to act as a
full printing server without configuration for any number of
windows/mac/linux(kde 3.4) clients.

No clue how this would be done off hand, but it'd be nice to have.
