[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1174: Ghostscript at 100% CPU and never

ESP Ghostscript: 7.07.1-r9
Driver:  Adobe / Microsoft 1.0.6
Connection:  Samba 3.0.13
Reproduced on two printers:  HP LaserJet 1160 / foomatic-hpijs, Epson
Stylus Colour 600 / guten-print

Any print job that is above 20 MB, as listed in the CUPS web interface,
causes Ghostscript to take 100% and never start printing.  I've left the
process running for a couple of days and still no change.

This printer is in an office with 10 users, about 10 jobs a day are
affected, i've had 300-400 smaller jobs print ok.
