[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #1187: Images printed as black boxes

[STR New]

The attached file is printed with 3 large black boxes instead of the
images. Displayed correctly in most .ps viewers, such as gv. Also prints
correctly using lpr print system.

I'm using a HP Deskjet 660C with Foomatic/hpijs driver.
