Cupsaddsmb only running "setdriver"

man cupsaddsmb

The cups-samba-1.1.16 driver set is, by coincidence, only for CUPS
1.1.16 through about 1.1.18.  The cupsaddsmb that was shipped with
CUPS 1.1.22 expects to find the Windows 2000 PostScript driver, not
the WinNT CUPS driver...
