lpd errors not logged

For outgoing jobs, all the LPD backend will get back (or at least
all that is supposed to be sent back according to RFC 1179) is a
single status byte indicating success/fail.  If the NetBSD server
is sending back an error message string, it is not conforming to
the specs (such as it is).
