[cups.general] adding LPD host queue

Do you mean setting up a pdf printer on your CUPS server, and allowing
others to print to it over LPD?  In this case, you will need to setup a
normal pdf queue on your CUPS server and run the cups-lpd daemon (man
cups-lpd).

Or do you mean printing to another box over LPD to a pdf queue?  In this
case, you would just be printing to a printer somewhere over LPD.
