[cups.general] PyKota versus Tiger server print quotas

I know this is mostly a CUPS list but maybe someone here has  
experience with CUPS on Tiger server and PyKota.

I'm trying to decide which quota system is the better way to go on  
Tiger server.  I just read about PyKota and I see it featured  
prominently on the CUPS web site which must bode well for it.

Can anyone share their experiences with PyKota?

I'm running print services on Tiger server (directory services are  
being hosted on a separate server also running Tiger).
