»Full reload is required« and Samba

Hello.

I´ve got a problem on a workstation wich is acting as Printerserver also. The computer is startet and stopped daily, and so cups is. The problem i encounter periodically is that cups needs a »Full reload« on certain boot-ups, wich takes about 30 seconds. When Samba starts itself in the bootprocess (wich about 2 seconds later) it spits out »Error: Cups-connection refused« or something similar. I think this is because cups is reloading itself and is not accepting any connections.

Can anyone tell me what »Full reload« is and how to speed it up or disable it?

The Sever works fine after it has »fully« reloaded itself ( and after restarting samba ;) )
