[cups.general] notifications when printers disabled

Hi. We have a flaky printer that occasionally automatically gets 
set as disabled when it is malfunctioning. This is great, but is
there a way to get a notification when this occurs? Preferably via
mail, but syslog would be OK too.

OS: Debian Sarge
Cups version: 1.1.23-10
