CUPS and RFC 1179 (remove job)

Currently cups-lpd only implements canceling of numbered jobs.

If you want to cancel jobs for a specific user, please file a RFE
for this at:

     http://www.cups.org/str.php

Patches (diff -u) implementing this would be appreciated, otherwise
the feature will likely have to wait until CUPS 1.3.
