Cups Postscript Drivers For Windows

Hi,

I use Cups 1.1.23 on a Debian system, and I search the Cups Postscript 
drivers for Windows as it is indicated in the cupsaddsmb man page (files 
: cups.hlp, cupsdrvr.dll, cupsui.dll). But I do not find them on the Web 
site of Cups. :o(

Do you know where I can find these files ?
