This printer is a "huge" dot matrix printer supporting Epson ESC/P9
and IBM Proprinter emulations.

I think it should work out of the box in text mode once connected to 
the // or serial port. I don't know this exact model, but I used 
several DFX 5000, which seem to be an older model, from MSDOS apps
in a previous life.
