Conformance of printers' IPP implementations

Currently articles are single-author only, however users can add
comments with their own content for now...

An upcoming upgrade to the CUPS site replaces the current link/
article/faq/howto mismash a full-fledged Wiki - all of the current
content will be converted to the new form, of course...  The new
site also provides support for attaching files to pages, so it will
be generally possible to host pages with images, small file
attachments, etc.
