eggcups

The more recent Fedora distributions usually contain a utility named eggcups and install ig by
default.

We realized recently that this utility causes frequent error messages (job #nnnn doesn' exist!)
approximately every 5 seconds whenever the requesting box is a FC >= 3 and the requested printer
is managed by a cupsd on some other architecture (Solaris, SuSE-Linux, Unixware, ...).

A quick look into the eggcups sources revealed that it only operates as expected if cupsd and
the ipp backend are modified by the so called "D-Bus patch", which seems to be quite Linix special.

So, if you are operating in a mixed environment, I strongly suggest to at least deactivate the
eggcups daemon by default.
