[cups.general] firefox header/footers

Don't know if this is a cups problem or a firefox problem.
I've tweaked a lot of stuff and not affected the problem.

When printing web pages from firefox there are header/footers
that document the url, timestamp, page n of m, etc.

Unfortunately mine are spilling over the imageable area and pretty
illegible.  Need to move them completely within the imageable area,
so they are useful.
